How mService.addWindow & mService.relayoutWindow was called?

Recently, Im learning WindowManagerServices. I want to know how the PopupWindow show on the screen. So I set breakpoints at Session::addToDisplay and Session::relayout.
When I touch my show popup button, it seem like this:
Touch -> addToDisplay -> relayout
I dont understand why the relayout was called. Can you give me some tips about 'addToDisplay -> ? -> relayout' this part?
