Broadcasting action on configuration changes

Hi,
for example I'm registered for WiFi direct actions in broadcast receiver. How not to lose broadcasted actions on configuration change (on onPause() broadcast receiver is unregistered and is registered back on onResume())? I can't find clear solution for this case.
