Add certificate dynamically

Hi All,

In the AOSP, it builds with testkey, platform, shared and media certs. They are exist statically once the OS has been built.

I am wondering is it possible to add a cert. dynamically after the built, says application cert.

This dynamic cert. is used as one of the certs in package manager to verify the input apk.
