History of API changes and backward binary/source compatibility reports

Hello,

I've just applied the japi-compliance-checker tool to all Android releases (from 1.1_r1 up to 23_r02) and got backward binary/source compatibility reports for the platform API: http://abi-laboratory.pro/java/tracker/timeline/android/

The report can be used along with the Android API differences report: http://developer.android.com/sdk/api_diff/23/changes.html

The report is created for all JARs inside the android-X_rY.zip package, i.e. for android.jar, layoutlib.jar, uiautomator.jar, etc. If you want to create the same report by yourself then it's better to use 1.5 or higher version of the tool: https://github.com/lvc/japi-compliance-checker
