Android Ble onCharacteristicChanged miss

Hi,

I have been working BLE device which works perfectly with Iphone but I have noticed that on android sometimes the phone doesn't receive onCharacteristicChanged() callback. I have noticed this miss when Phone is connected to some other BLE devices like headphones and Fitbit.

On Samsung S5 there are more frequent misses even though I am not connected to any other BLE devices. Please help
