Memory dump

Hi all,
my previous attempt to dump the memory image of an android emulator did
not work with LiME (https://github.com/504ensicsLabs/LiME) -- many
troubles with cross-compiling.

So, I'm asking if you know any other solution.
I've just tried to dump with :
-adb shell + dumpsys, but I only get meminfo and NOT the image of the RAM
-app likes Mem dump
(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cert.memdump&hl=en)
seems not working on an Android emulator

So, I'm almost lost right now.

Any ideas?
