excess delay in BLE responses from Bluedroid?

Hi.

I have an application that needs to transmit bursts of data to android device.

A sequence of packets during this burst is attached. We observe that during channel change, stack goes too busy and does not transmit anything for ~45-48 ms as shown in attached image.

Due to this, some data is lost on transmitting device,Tx cannot store enough data for this duration.

Are there any changes I could incorporate into bluedroid or AOSP to improve this situation?
