Remove Notification Bar pull down.

Hi,

We are looking for a way to completley remove, in Android BSP Lollipop and also the same in Marshmallow, the pull down Notification Bar?  We are creating a kisok Android Device where only one App will be allowed to run and having the pull down notification would just cause confusion to the users that walk up to it.
