Last boot reason: Watchdog, but last_kmsg does not contain any errors

Hi,

I've got pretty interesting reboots on Nexus 7 (2013).

Log says "Last boot reason: Watchdog" but analyzing /proc/last_kmsg gives no clue.

How can it be ? I mean, there is no info about kernel panic or shutdown sequence - system just reboots with bootreason=Watchdog.
