StartVoiceRecognition removed from HeadsetClientService

Hello,

In Android.N there was implementation for method "StartVoiceRecognition" in class "HeadsetClientService". I used it to start voice recognition of iPhone and Android phones.
Now in Android.O the functionality seems to be removed, the method is still present.

Could someone please help? I want to know how this method can be used in Android.O.
