it can not use the RenderScript in the NDK?!

i found some examples like: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/rs/+/ee6f190/java/tests/HelloComputeNDK
but i can not use the that project in the Android Studio and the Eclipse.
The same time, i can not find the head file and .so file int all the platforms folder!
what is going on the google remove the RenderScript out of the NDK?
