Is there a way to get the latest ndk that supports Android-23

The one in the public NDK release supports Android up to version 21.

NDK releases are not always synchronized with SDK releases,

so until such time as there is a new NDK, please continue to use an earlier API level.

I recall that the NDK build system allows you to specify an earlier

API level for NDK than for SDK, using TARGET_PLATFORM macro.

But please let me know if that does not work.
