Encoding separate raw frames from buffer.

Hello everyone,

I got a issue with configuring AMediaCodec and making appropriate format to pass to AMediaCodec_configure() function.
I am getting 30 frames a second of raw yuv (UYVY) data in vector/buffer for each frame from cameras using specific library,  and I wanned to encode them to h.264/5 video for real-time streaming.
How should I make adequate AMediaFormat to pass to AMediaCodec_configure().

Any help would be appreciated.
