Random Reboot

My device always goes on random reboots when Mobile Data is switched ON. Sometimes too frequent and sometimes very rare.
last_kmsg contains following ending lines:

What could be the possible reasons and solutions? I know it's related to kernel and/or radio but don't know what to do with it.:(
