Greetings, I'm following the tutorial from official Android SDK Documentation to build up my first APK. At lesson "Starting another activity" I have to use NavUtils from Android Support library, that seems not to be included with AIDE. According to the official site it seems that the only way to get the library is through Android SDK manager. Is there a way to download manually the library and include it in my AIDE workspace? Thanks a lot, bye

Hi,

there's no way we know of. For now you'll need the SDK manager. We plan to include it in one of the next versions.

Instead of using NavUtils you can also use normal "startActivity" though

same question... swipe views would be neat to use.....
but since there's no support library....
annoying part is that the gui designer knows it, and then the app crashes silently for lack of support of viewpager....
a consistency between both would be nice....

Also wondering if we can expect this, original question is old.

  I have :
compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:21.0.3'

In my app level grade.build file. That is working for me.

Exactly what I need, but something is missing, since I get Dependency 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:21.0.3' not found.. Do I need to download something, if so from where? Or should I upgrade the version from 21.0.3 - if so, how do I know to what?
