Hi,

We've faced a strange issue using GCM. Everything was Ok for some weeks.
Suddenly, after re-installing new build, on Samsung Ace 2 (GT I8162) pushes broke.
The same build works Ok on many other devices but not that one.
We've checked the Android client, the backend, sender Id, API keys and so on - everything is valid and, I repeat, works well on other devices.
We've tried to create additional test Google Console project and use its credentials. The result is the same: all devices except that one work well.
We began to check all possible settings of the device. But in vain.
After all we've made Hard Reset of the device. And again it didn't help!

When our backend sends pushes to that devices - it gets successful response from google cloud service, that means that the push was sent.

Could you advice something?

Hi,

I am facing exactly the same behaviour on some Sony Ericcson LT18i.
Also, even resetting the whole device, using another Google account etc. didn't fix it.

Have you been able to solve the problem?

Play service version 6.5.87
Android 4.0.4

Without bugreport or at least regid or imei of bad device  - it's impossible to guess. Google accounts are not used in recent GCM versions, only on gb/froyo.
