GCM to FCM shortcut?

I am thinking about migration to FCM.
My GCM implementation include 
Client side:
- background async/sync registration service
- retry handle Sync service GCM
Server side:
- cloud to device push only
Best way to migrate to FCM?

BTW

Client side
- also use email forwarding to send Registration ID to server  (GCM ver 2.0)
Server side
- auto update client Registration ID from email to database

however my app still works well in android 64 bit.
I am sure this is Google Play Service update's bug in 32 bit
