With same Token and the Server Key - Receiving the Push messages intermittently.

Hi,

         I am facing  a peculiar problem with the Google Push Notifications.

         With the Same   Server Key and  Tokens,  I sometimes receive messages and sometimes i donot receive them.

Can anyone help me debug this issue from the Google Server end.

Are there specific timeframes that the messages are not being received? That will help to narrow down the investigation.

(I assume it is certain that the device is connected during that time).

Hi Tingmui,

                    Yesterday ie on 20-Jan=2015 from 3.30 pm .  Messages were received. After which again  we are not receiving messages.

                     for this project id.

                     Yes all the time the devices are on.

                    When we don't receive messsages wer are getting 500 Internal Server Error.  

        

                     Can you please let us know the reason for 500 server  for the Given Project ID:392576337587

                     

                    Please not that the system has been moved into  production and we are facing this issue suddenly from nowhere. 

                    Appreciate if you can respond to us on priority.
