Android FCM topic latency issue

Hey,

We are seeing a lot of latency issue from the past few days while sending the notification through FCM topic. Previously it was working smoothly. Now it is taking around ~15-30 minutes to reach the notification to device even though device is connected to network (WIFI , 3G).   Please help.

including the sender-id, the topic name and the time when you noticed the delay.
