problem migrating GCM to FCM !!!

hi

when i try add my android app to firebase i got an error saying 

There was an unknown error to process the application . Try again

i have had this error for about 3 days and i continue trying but it always say the same 

i am trying to migate my GCM to FCM but i can not because this error

please contact Firebase Support at https://firebase.google.com/support/contact/troubleshooting/ 

They should be able to followup with you and investigate the issue.
