Send message failures

Hi,

I am sending messages using Firebase (FCM), but intermittently today 3 out of 5 messages failed to deliver with InternalServerError.  Errors occured at 7:57 am, 8:01 and 8:17 am PST on Nov 16, 2016.  Does anyone know what happened?
