Error sending messages fro app server to GCM

Hi,

We have a problem sending messages to GCM from app server.

While sending push messages to GCM we are getting connection refused.

Some are successfully sent to server and some are failing. And the scenario in which it is failing is unpredictable.

Can some one please help us on this asap.

Is there any on call support that we can get to know why GCM is rejecting the connection.
