Push Notification Failed

Hi,

I am using gcm sever for push notification. It was working fine but suddenly its starts throwing exception "Connection Refused." I have done coding in java. I am not able to find out why this is happened suddenly. I have restarted the server and also getting the same exception.

Need to fix it as its urgent. Any help should be great.
