OpenSSL - BitSlice AES for ARMv7

Hi,

Upstream OpenSSL project contains ARMv7 optimized BitSlice AES algorithm. 

The source can be seen at http://git.openssl.org/gitweb/?p=openssl.git;a=blob_plain;f=crypto/aes/asm/bsaes-armv7.pl

Detailed performance figures are available here https://wiki.linaro.org/Internal/People/ArdBiesheuvel/BitSlicedAESEncryption (Requires registration)

Approximate speed up of processing AES algorithm is briefed here

                     CTR                  GCM         CBC-decrypt   XTS-encrypt  XTS-decrypt

Cortex-A9      24% - 28%    12% - 15%             -                 ~30%            -

Cortex-A15    45% - 52%     20% - 24%       5% - 10%      46% - 52%    4% - 10 %

Currently OpenSSL 1.0.2-beta1 supports this algorithm for ARMv7.

Are there any plans to pull these changes from upstream to AOSP?
