remote error: A Contributor Agreement must be completed before uploading.

I have signed Android Corporate CLA on 9th April 2015 , but i am still getting the following error :

              remote error:  A Contributor Agreement must be completed before uploading.

How much time it will take to approve my application ?

My .gitcookies looks like

This problem is resolved now. But i am still getting while push my patch into the source.

It shows:

   remote: Resolving deltas: 100% (5/5)

remote: Processing changes: refs: 1, done

To https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/common.git

 ! [remote rejected] android-3.10 -> android-3.10 (prohibited by Gerrit)

error: failed to push some refs to 'https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/common.git'

Please help to resolve this issue.
