Are the 5X and 6P officially supported again in AOSP? Looks like they are

For a long time the 5X and 6P have not had any official drivers available on https://developers.google.com/android/drivers and instead had to use code from https://github.com/anestisb/android-prepare-vendor to pull drivers out of factory images.
Now, though, there are drivers available for the 5X and 6P on the previously linked driver page. Does that mean we can build a fully functioning set of images without the factory image hacks?
