I use ubuntu12.04 to download and build android_5.0.1_r1 source code for nexus 5. when the make is done, I use "adb reboot bootloader", "fastboot -w flashall" under root mode. By the way, the phone is unlock already. It seems that the flash works. But it cannot bootup. It stuck at the Google Logo for about 10 minutes. Then I try to get the recovery mode to see if there is any luck. But it shows me a dead android with a red triangle. How can I solve this problem? Any hint is appreciable. Thanks. BTW, I attach the flash log below.
