Nexus Player (FUGU) build ARM support

Hi,

I notice that the Fugu factory restore : https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/fugu-lmy47v-factory-d83f363e.tgz

has a folder /system/lib/arm/nb with a bunch of libraries.

The Binary package https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/intel-fugu-lmy47v-0bb60afb.tgz

has the files for /system/lib/arm but not for the nb folder inside there.

Are those nb files generated during the build somehow?

I notice that without those files (the nb) the native bridge will crash running arm apps.
