I downloaded latest android msm kernel kitkat-mr1 release.

After building the kernel and flashing the android build image on Nexus 5, the screen sometimes freezes and the phone reboots.
Below is the output of last_kmsg after this crash happened.

This seems to some problem in video drivers. But i have not modified anything in video drivers nor the module i am inserting into the kernel depends on video drivers.
Also the phone sometimes randomly reboots and last_kmsg does not show any crash logs.

I am unable to figure out any fix.

Thanks,
Anup

Have you copied all the right proprietary binaries for Nexus 5 for the right android version you are trying to run  ?

Do you encounter the same issue with the prebuilt kernel ?
