Can Jack server use dynamic TCP port?

In my opinion, the TCP port conflict is the only barrier for building with mulit-user on one computer,

I have tested  that if each user(at least two) use different port, the build is ok.

but it is very inconvenient for the build server case, here every user have to find the appropriate port

and  change the configuration files.

So, can Jack find a useful ports automatically and use them when start a build?
