how to let ubuntu mutil user compile jack Android N preview for

Hi all;

   Looks like the jack on Android N preview version only support only one user.

    our company use a big server to complie Android source code,it's ok on Android L/Android M...but on Android N preview,
  
    the update of use jack,when my workmate compile there will create a jack server like this:

  but when i complie,this is an error like this.

Communication error with Jack server (60), try other ports or see Jack server log

I must call my workmate to kill his jack-server ,than i can compile my code pass,i change the $HOME/.jack $HOME/.jack_settings port config. useless.....whether the jack only support one user???
