Changelog between two given builds

Hello,

Wondering how u guys manage changelogs?

What i currently do is
snapshot manifest of every build and
repo diffmanifests between last good build and current one.
But sometimes ppl come to me asking how can i get diff between 2 given builds.
Is there any tool where i can populate commits from each build and ppl can just go and do a diff without the need of local tree and snapshot manifests?
Something similar to what LineageOS have now?
