ub-webview-m40-release in AOSP

Hello AOSP Community,

We are releasing a WebView update APK as an opt-in beta on the Play Store,
(http://android-developers.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/beta-channel-for-android-webview.html)
as well as the corresponding Chromium source code based on the M40
Chromium branch. In order to build that source code, please grab the
ub-webview-m40-release branch or the tagged webview-m40_r1 branch and
run: `make libwebviewchromium`

Hi, Thank you for pushing.

I have questions about these branches.
Then I have built by runnig 'make libwebviewchromium' but it seems that only libwebviewchromium.so can be built,
however I think that the android webview needs some glue code in libwebviewchromium_loader.so or libwebviewchromium_plat_support.so built from /framework/webview/. But there are not webview-m40_r1 or ub-webview-m40-release branch in /framework/webview/.
So how do we use these tag or branch?

That's right, you can only build libwebviewchromium.so with this
branch. We are hoping that in a future release we may be able to let
you build an apk as well.

libwebviewchromium_loader.so and libwebviewchromium_plat_support.so are both part of the platform build and are not included in the APK or updated. A normal build of Android 5.0 will already include these libraries and you do not need to replace them.
