I followed all the instructions for build.
After giving the command:

make-j4

I faced errors after 3 hours

the log is as follows:

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: INFO: os::commit_memory(
0x00000007a4c00000, 131596288, 0) failed; error='Cannot allocate memory' (errno=12)
#
# There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.
# Native memory allocation (malloc) failed to allocate 131596288 bytes for committing reserved memory.
# An error report file with more information is saved as:
# /home/et-23/WORKDIR/hs_err_pid29668.log
make: *** [out/target/common/obj/JAVA_LIBRARIES/framework_intermediates/with-local/classes.dex] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

help provided will really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

it might be due to insufficient RAM in your machine. if you don't have swap space, you could try this tutorial out: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-add-swap-on-ubuntu-14-04
