SecurityException: Permission Denial: not allowed to send broadcast

When I want to transfer files to the phone, I came cross this error. The connection lost when this happened, but the files did transfer to the phone and is valid.
My phone is Nexus 5 with stock rom and updates.

This issue happens with KitKat devices, but is fixed in the next version which will probably be released today.
