Dear all, I would like to know if there are any Data Envelopment Analysis model library or book to use it with AMPL.

I am not aware of any AMPL model library for Data Envelopment Analysis, or of any book on DEA that uses AMPL. However, the DEA examples that I have seen are algebraic optimization models and so it should not be hard to put them into AMPL.
