help needed

i am facing this error in solving command:

ampl: reset;

ampl: model 'C:\Users\Sameer\Desktop\ampl.mswin32.20161231\models\snd.mod';

ampl: data 'C:\Users\Sameer\Desktop\ampl.mswin32.20161231\models\snd.dat';

ampl: option solver cplex;

ampl: solve;

presolve: constraint SLC['s3'] cannot hold:

body <= -2 cannot be >= 0; difference = -2

ampl: 

Can you please help me to solve it out???
