how i can get minimum value of the matrix rows? the matrix has n rows and n column?
for example:min[1,1]:=[1,2]=10
matrix M[i,j]:=
1 2 3 4 5
1 20 10 50 60 30
2 10 30 20 50 60
3 40 20 30 10 50
4 20 30 10 50 60
5 10 30 40 50 20
