Looks like you could have a .dll from the wrong version. Did you use
a crack in the s'ware?
[Code 02 30 05 [Cannot write medium, incompatible format]]?????You
have this twice. That is usually when you try to write to a bland
which is NOT a blank!!!
Have you had any success previously at all? Or has the software/dvd
writer always screwed up? What are you doing, copying a bought dvd or
building one from an .avi/.mpeg/Divx? looks to me like you made a few
coasters this time round? Did you buy the s'ware or d'load it?
Repost with more info.

Well, don't know much but, don't use DVD Fab. These two things stand out

1) "DVD-R SAO"
...I'd imagine it may need to be "DVD-R DAO"

2) Looking at the TIMEs of the log it almost appears it trying
to write it twice ..see "10:14:40 AM" at midpoint and end/bottom
..that or the LOG has gotten duplicated.

Ok, four things..

3) "Writing speed requested x2.0"
..seems slow, I have written at 16x. Though, find 12x more reliable.
But, seem to recall trying some lower speed (8x maybe) and it'd
screw-up. Try, other speeds

4) "4408854528 b. (4.11 Gb)"
..this seems OK, as it should be able to do 4.3 Gb

Oops, Five things.

5) WriteSector Failed at sector 6752 (32) :

[Code 02 30 05 [Cannot write medium, incompatible format]]

..does this sort of thing happen with other apps. start writing
then crap-out at about the same point?

..how old is this drive? Live in an enviroment that's dirty?

I have cats and I smoke cigarettes. Every now and again need to
clean and lube the drive. A speck of dust or piece of fur, or a
somewhat large furball gets lodged in there. The rails that the
laser mechanism rides/slides on could have dust (now, gunk) or a
single piece of cat hair on the rail that ends up impeding the
normal tranversal of the mechanism. Though, normally, I'll get
a Buffer Underrun message if this happens. (which, is really
erroneous) ..I don't see that type of message in your log.

Anyway, after pulling the DVD burner out of the computer and
opening it up, I'll usually notice a speck of sludge on the rail(s)
or bit of cat hair lodged in the mechanism's brass bearing which
slides on the rails. Remove, Clean, reLube w/some RadioShack..

> Cat. No. 64-2301A Archer Precision Lubricator w/Teflon

FWIW.. This dirtiness can REALLY effect floppy drives.
There's a light sensor at the back of the drive. That detects when the
mechanism is all the way inward. A little tab on the mechanism slides
inbetween to block the light. Bingo, it thinks its a Track 0. Be the
lense dirty, thusly blocking the light, the stepping motor (ok, the
electronics) thinks it already at track zero. Tries to step out where
the Directory 'ought' to be and can find nothing... and says it not a
formatted disk. A similar, if not the same message, occurs if the rails
are gunked up impeding the transversal of the mechanism. (well, I
digress..) but, floppy disk type drive cleaners and compressed air
won't get that remedied. Hmm, same with DVD/CD disk cleaners. Only
cleans the laser lense (DVD) or head of a floppy drive.
