X-Complaints-To is (normally) added by the usenet server (e.g.,
Newshosting) and not by Agent.

From your header:
X-Complaints-To: ab...@newshosting.com

The one possibility is that you have added your own version of an
X-Complaints-To line, with the "Show all fields" and "Add field..."
controls. Might be worth checking. Otherwise, it's strictly a problem
with Newshosting.

Don't know about the log but one possibility would be to use a sniffer
to record the TCP dialog between your client and the usenet host. If you
have another PC available plus a hub [*] then try running Wireshark.
There are versions for Windows and Linux. That gives you a record of
exactly what you're sending and what the server is replying.

[*] If you're not aware, most connections are made, nowadays, via
switches which do not allow network dialogs to be seen by neighboring
machines. Hubs are simpler and echo everything they see to everybody
that's connected, so two machines plugged into a hub will each see all
of the other's traffic.

I get that error sometimes too. The message will always be sent
correctly from "Outbox" (with no editing, just trying again).
