Who's better at height cutting(not weight cutting) Shane Carwin or Hulk Hogan?

Hulk Hogan was a rock solid 6'7" 330lbs in Rocky 3, but he cut his
height to about 6'3 1/2" or maybe even a hair less than that now
becuase of hip surgeries, knee surgeries, back surgeries, fused
vertibrae, aging, etc. Now the amazing thing about Shane Carwin is
that he can cut height overnight. He can be listed at 6'5" and then
all of a sudden cut to about 6'1" the next day.
So who do you think is the best height cutter, Hulk Hogan or Shane
Carwin?
