Back in the primordial days of the Internet, I learned a
little HTML and built a few web pages for fun while I was at
college. One was an X-Files page. Now this was really just a
page of links to other sites and resources on the Internet
but you have to remember, back then there was no Google and
other search engines/indexes were spotty at best. Anyway,
Alachua Freenet still lives and the page is still there:
http://www.afn.org/~afn04314/xfiles.htm

Of course, the vast majority of those links certainly no
longer exist...

Whoa--this does bring me back! All I'm missing now is the squawk and crackle of the dial-up.

haha, I love it! I also had a webpage that I designed with basic HTML that I taught myself when I was 14. Mine was called "Tiffany's X-Phile Heaven." hahahaha. It can be viewed via the internet archive "way back machine" here: http://www.reocities.com/Hollywood/Trailer/1515/index.html
