The Bad News ...

Am I the only one who found this to be ironic:
"... and the bad news is Live from New York It's Saturday
Night!"

There was acutally some good stuff in the show though. Not the
monologue. Not the Herlihy boy, which even Farley said (in an ad
lib, didn't he? ) was too long.

There were actually some laughs during Update which is unusual.

The "Whitewater Folder" was funny, especially the dig at Rex
Reed. Although I think "whitewater" itself is a non-scandal but
SNL digs at it in an obligatory fashion. Gotta poke fun at the
Prez, eh? They should be poking fun at the transparent slobs
who want to use it for their own political ends.

The biggest problem this year is when they do have a good idea,
they cant make a whole skit out of it. Like "Inhibited Dance
Party" Good idea becomes lame skit with no ending.
