If Hollywood rumors and gossip are to be believed, then the Syfy Channel is
planning to show a Stephen King movie marathon, of all the Children of the
Corn series!
What ever happened to imagine greater, or even Saturday, the scariest night
on television?

*FAMILY* we're all here, because we're not all there.

Best, R.E.F.

True enough, but is the Children of the Corn,
the very best that the Syfy channel can do ?

I'm sure I'll find few that will disagree... I'm a big fan of his
writings, and books, but with a couple of exceptions (Shining, Green Mile,
Shawshank) his movies are just awful trash.

That is exactly what they are in business for.

I think that one should consider "The Shining" a Stanley Kubrick film,
rather than a Stephen King adaptation.

It's like Gainsborough's "Blue Boy". Nobody remembers who that little dude
was, but it's a fucking GAINSBOROUGH, man.
