Anyone *still* unsure about Adam winning after tonight?!

A standing ovation from Simon?! Wow!!! (Actually, all four judges
stood up and applauded.)

So get over it, you homophobic Adam-haters! Nobody cares about his
sexuality! It's the TALENT, damn it! It was ALWAYS about the talent!

There are no homophobic Adam haters, where do you get this from?? At

If this were a fair competition: Tonight was about as close to game,
set, and match as you'll get in week five.

Problem is that it's not -- and I still think there's one very
important thing. FOX is a bunch of homophobic Republican pigs. Do
you honestly believe the Rupert Murdoch Network is going to take Adam
lying down??

Money trumps ideology.

If they think Adam will make them a buck, they won't care if he sleeps
with his sister and marries his dog.

Clay is the ONLY AI that I ever voted for, he should have

I think that the voting system SUCKS, PERIOD.

I'm not going to sit on my phone and call the same phone over-an-over

This gets back to how I see this season -- who is in control of who is
the eighth AI?

If it's 19/AI itself, then the competition is over and it's Adam
Lambert.

If FOX has seized control because of various factors (ratings, Joanna
Pacitti, etc.), then we may have to talk.

I haven't watched at all, not one single episode, this season.
Speaking as a Baby Boomer, and having watched Lambert's performance
yesterday after it was broadcast all over the 'net, I can say that
that single performance was the most exquisite I have ever seen on
this SERIES. I say "speaking as a Baby Boomer," because I stopped
watching because of the Gen Y performers' penchant for screaming,
yelling, wailing almost every song. Last season was so damn
depressing, David Cook so overrated, and David Archuleta so annoying,
I thought FOX might cancel the show.

I will download Lambert's Mp3 of "Mad World" as soon as it becomes
available to buy. He IS another Clay Aiken; in fact, from what I've
now seen, he's better. He reminds me of George Michaels circa 1986.
