Some of you may recall my word of praise[1] for verizon in 2010.
They've been bombarding me with advertisements for FIOS, so I called
their WATS line and explained why they were on my "not only no but
Hell no" list. The coprorate (sic) toady who answered the phone swore
that service had improved, but when asked about tracking of botched
service explained "That not my department" (STR), meaning that she had
been lying[1] when she assured me that things were better. She said
that she had no channels for communicating my complaints to
management, but that she would take me off their mailing list. You
guessed it; I'm still getting their crap.
Time for a form 1500?
