Funny how you excuse all of Trump's campaign finance crimes.

And I'll wait for a reputable source for the story.

His ENTIRE life (going back to toddlerhood) is one big financial crime including tax evasion and money laundering.

Not going back to toddlerhood.

And they can only prosecute him for anything within the past 5 years, as all
federal crimes, unless a specific stature says otherwise, have a 5 year
stature of limitations.

Tax evasion, maybe, if within the past 5 years, but NOT money laundering. He
is NOT a money launderer.

He was getting a $200,000 allowance at the age of 3.

Bank fraud and tax fraud have 10-year statutes of limitations.

That would still not have been subject to income taxes, as it was an
allowance from his parents.

Bank fraud yes, but tax evasion is 5 years. He has NEVER commited bank
fraud.

And it is also one of those crimes where civil and criminal statute of
limitations are differnt. While tax evasion is 5 years on the criminal side,
the civil penalties are 7 years. They have it 7 years, becuase that is how
long banks are required to keep records. Once the bank records are deleted
after 7 years, they no longer have any evidence on the civil side of things.

One other example of an offense where civil and criminal statutes of
limitations are different, in California, are hit and run in an accident.
The misdeneanor criminal statute of limitations is 1 year, and felony is
three year, but the civil side of it as a two year stature of limitations.

Of course he did. He lied about the value of his assets to banks and property tax authorities and insurance companies--his business's insurance agency for years has just had all their paperwork related to Trump Co. requested.

The only question is how many crimes Trump can get indicted and convicted of. Including RICO.

Well, we've found something else Chuckie knows nothing about. The lawsuit against Trump University was a RICO lawsuit. Every time Trump told someone to perform an illegal act for him was a RICO violation.

The "big money" donors to the party want Ocasio Cortez and itger "social
democrats" REMOVED from office. These well monied donors to the party do NOT
want the Green New Deal, and her threat to "primary" Democratic Senators and
Congressmen that do no go along with her, has rubbed them the WRONG WAY.
They her, and others like her, such as Taib and Omar, OUT of office. They
see the Green New Deal as an existential threat to their corporations.

Some of these big money donors, it is said, might even encourage people to
vote for Trump, to keep a Democratic Socialist out of the White House, so we
could well see "Trump Democrats" in 2020, just like there were "Regan
Democrats" in 1984.

California has quite a few of these "big money" donors to the party. Could
this mean that Trump could win California? I see it as a possibiilty.

Big Money Democrats do NOT wnt AOC, or her agenda, and some of the states
where the Big Money Democrats live could actually go for Trump, if Warren or
Sanders gets the Demo nomination.

Against either, I see Trump winnign in a landslide victory with 493
electoral votes

And they are right, unless AOC and these "socialist" Democrats are not
SILENCED, that will hand the 2020 election to Trump on a SILVER PLATTER.

AOC, Taib, Omar, Sanders, and other socialist Democrats are becoming a
liability to their party, and the big money donors to the party are starting
to put the heat on Pelosi to some SOMETHING about AOC. The Big Money
Democrats WANT HER HEAD. They want her GONE, along with Taib, Omar, and
other Socialist Democrats.

As the saying goes, money TALKS. And when the BIG MONEY Democrats decide
they want AOC to be GONE, after next year's elections, it WILL happen. So,
sorry, AOC, you are TOAST.

Yep. And that's why they're gonna be gone real soon now. The American people want the progressive agenda to be implemented because we're sick and tired of 40 years of policies that have destroyed and are continuing to destroy the middle class.

The big money donors are just pissed off that progressive candidates are refusing their money, instead relying on individual making small donations. And that means they can't own these people in office. More good for the American people.

will STIFLE the economy, which is why the Green New Deal MUST NEVER HAPPEN.

The problem is laws regarding endangered species and stuff like that. And

If she is jailed, I would not be surprised if she is put in a supermax
prison for her own safety. If they put her in general population, she will
get whacked. With her INSANE ideas, some prisoners might see her as a
traitor to this country, and she will get whacked if she is put in general

I also think the two actresses arrested in the college cheating scandal will
also have to he put in a Supermax, for their own safey. Their celebrity
status will mean they cannot be put in general population. They will have to
be put in a Supermax prison for their safety.

If an when Trump is ever imprisoned, they will have to put him in Supermax.
Putting him in general population will get him killed by other prisoners.
His celebrity status would mean he could never be put in general population.

SuperMax is not for inmates' safety you fucking moron. It's nothing but a torture chamber, since solitary confinement for more than a couple of days is considered the crime against humanity of torture.

How about putting them in the safety area of a regular prison. Certainly not a maximum security prison.

That's why prisons have segregated areas for inmates who would be in danger in genpop.

But Trump and the women will be sentenced to minimum security country-club style prisons.

One thing about that scandal is that the central figure is saying that more
than 700 families paid him to do the same thing.

NBC News made a BIG mistake broadcasting that on the newscast. You can BET
that those other 700 parents are likely making plans to get out of the
country NOW, before they can be indicted and arrested.

And these are super rich familes that can WELL AFFORD the cost of hiring a
hacker to break into Interpol's system and arrest any internnational arrest
warrants from their computers, as well as anything from law enforcement
computers in the USA, before they can be indicted and extradited, so NBC
made a BIG mistake in broadcasting this guy's claim that there are more the
700 other familes that paid him to do what he did. That broadcast has
undoubtedbly tipped them off, and you can bet they will be geting out of the
country now before they can be indicted and arrested.

NBC could be, the way I see it, be charged with obstruction for broadcasting
this guy's claims that 700 other parents paid for his services.

They could have been charged with CFAA violations for changing a students
answers, based on how the SAT works.

SATs are multiple choice and are feed into a computer database, where the
students' scores are tabulated, so any changes would have to be done in the
computers.

There are two reasons why there are no CFAA charges. The first is that the
CFAA only has a two year statute of limitations. This is done because
evidence may not be reliable much longer than that, and that fact that
service providers don't keep records much beyond that.

The second is that the database backend is the most vulnerable part of the
system, but also keeps not logs. Server level databases have to be exposed
to the Internet for programs that need them, to use them. If the database
servers are accessed directly, bypassing the normal user interface, it also
bypass all logging, so their activities would have never been detected,
meaning no evidence would be there to charge anyone who computer hacking,
which is also why there are no computer hacking charges against any of them,
as well as the two year statute of limitations on the CFAA.

And I KNOW what I am talking about here. When that one clown, 10 years ago,
was able to access my website, but leave no logs, he had broken into the
database backend, where there are no logs. When he posted stuff to the Net,
after copying it from my site, and leaving NO logs, that is what happened.
It was a case where I know what he did, and how he did it, but with no
logging on the database backend, I did not have any evidence against him.

Orace, MS-SQL, rBase 4000, and other server level databases do not have
logging, so you can access the database directly, and leave no logs of what
you did. Anyone with a knowledge of SQL can do that, and never be detected.

That is how the Feds got evidence against Bradley/Chelsea Manning and then
later against Reality Winner. The Feds will not tell you, but I will. All
the Feds had to do was break into the database backend on WikiLeaks, and get
the metadata, to find out the IP address of where the leaks were posted, and
then they had them, and Julian Assange would NEVER HAVE KNOWN the Feds were
in his database.

In order to change the students' answers, they would have to be changed,

Never happened. They corrected the answers as the students were taking the tests. They made phony disability claims and had a proctor with them to help (in other words, correct wrong answers).
