everyone is dwelling on separation of church and state.
the new dichotomy to be discussed is that of state military bound value systems vs proof-of-work bound value systems.
state military bound value systems will inevitably be subject to the ebbs and flows of the global status quo of geopolitics -- which at this time (and for the foreseeable future) is loosely coordinated anarchy.
and we are going to allow humans... HUMANS ... to bet large sums of money on the derivative flows of the market?
no thanks. count this half-anti-authoritarian centrist out.
