I am not knocking your choices but how could you put Puff Daddy as one of
the top 10 rappers of the 90's when he has only made one album. To be in
an elite class shouldn't the artists have longevity.

It's pretty hard to tell who's the best.
East Coast-Rap & West Coast-Rap are two totally different things.
I think that the original West-Coast rap is pretty slow jammin' Hip
Hop(Tupac).
And the original East Coast Rap is kind of HC Rap(Wutang Clan).
But then the new start of building new rap industry (The Alkaholiks)
Doing The HC-Rap from the West Coast.
I like The Wutang Clan because there are so many good talent in the crew.
And they all all different.
I think that the "rap-war" between the 2 coast is b*llshit.If U are too
agressive smoke a peace-blunt together liek the indians did.
Make peace not war. Connect the 2 coast into a new coast the "rap-coast".
And make more good sh*t.
New kind of a styles.
