'Wives can't refuse sex', imam tells Berlin mosque

The Local
http://www.thelocal.de
Tuesday, February 3, 2015

A preacher at a mosque in Berlin's southern Neukölln
district has told worshippers that women should be
confined to their homes and submit whenever their
husbands demand sex.

"A woman must turn her home into a flourishing garden for
her husband, so that he does not flee from her like a
leper or a lion," Sheik Abdel Moez al-Eila told the
congregation at the Al-Nur mosque.

The sermon was delivered on January 23rd, but has only
just come under broad public scrutiny after a video of
the address surfaced on Sunday.

The imam went on to say that women should restrict
themselves to taking care of their home, children and
husband, and that only an overly "lenient" husband would
allow his wife to work - "a big problem in the society in
which we live [in Germany]".

But al-Eila's most archaic comments come at the end of
the sermon, when he says that "a woman is not allowed to
refuse to sleep with her husband.

"She is not allowed to make excuses or use pretexts."

Does anyone listen to these nutters?

If anyone works in the HR dept of a large company or the public service,
can you comment on the male:female ratios of different religions?

Not only are German mothers expected not to work, they’re paid not to. When
Justin came home from a hard day varnishing pencils, we examined our
finances. To my surprise, my stay-at-home status packed quite a financial
punch. Justin paid less tax because we’re married with children and I wasn’t
working. We also qualified for substantial child support: €184 per child per
month (£160), and unlike in Britain, this rate does not decline the more
children you have. I wasn’t bringing home as much bratwurst as Justin, but I
was still on the monetary map.

Social engineering is to deny mothers to nurture their children.
We are getting more like the USSR where the state looked after children
while mothers worked.
By the way, I told you before that the conservative right wing government of
Germany is more left wing than the ALP.
What matters is that they have policies that work economically and are fair
and
profitable for society as a whole.

People like you should be forced to learn English.

Garbage. We can choose childcare.

If Gillard had been in another term, it might have been party-controlled.

Who is 'we'?

Do you not even know which country you are in?

Another stupid and uneducated comment but it shows that only money is
profitable for you.

Tony Abbott listens to these terrorist nutters!

He also protects the Moslem right of "Bacha Bazi"

The Christian belief and fact is Moslems are deceived.
Like Schizophrenics, they need therapy;
Not confirmation of their delusions.
The recognized place of worship in a Christian Nation is a Christian Church.
Mosques are the recognized place of worship only in Moslem countries
Australia's only legally defined God is our Christian God whose compound redemptive name is Lord Jesus Christ
Something as simple as denying Moslems a place to pray is all it takes to make them leave voluntarily and peacefully.

And what was Abbott's paid parental leave scheme that you lauded for
its social benefits to the work force?

That's a little over one fiftieth of the A$12,500 per month that
Abbott's paid parental leave scheme Mark 1 was giving for six months
to high income Australian women

They are doing fine and have supported a lot of other Europeans. They do
much better than the UK and US. Most important, they have no stupid
politicians who try to scare them to death for political gain like the
Liberald here in Australia where our debt is very low.
